Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Personalized and special order items require a processing time of 4-8 weeks. Please note that each product may have its own specific lead time, which can be found on the individual product page. For further assistance or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
At this time, ampjewels ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, and worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Please note: Once we hand pack and prepare your package for shipping, we pass it off to a third-party courier so that your package will arrive at you safe and sound. In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, AMP Jewels does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. AMP Jewels is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. These charges are determined based on the type of product being shipped, its value, country of origin or manufacturing, and the classification of the item. Any applicable fees will not be included in the checkout total and are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. If additional charges apply to your order, the mail carrier will contact you by either phone or email to pay these charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Items that have not been claimed will be returned back to AMP Jewels, and the customer will be held liable for new shipment charges. AMP Jewels has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any additional fees.
Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please note that final sale items are ineligible for returns or refunds. All returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt. Personalized items are non-refundable. In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or produced in error, a replacement will be dispatched once the original item has been returned.

Dispute:
Payment are all made online and no card will be present. In the event of placing an order in person (during trade show or pop up) an invoice will be sent through Square. Once an item is shipped out of our warehouse liability of delivery falls on the customer. All items will be delivered to the address on the original invoice. If there is a request for an address change, a new invoice will be issued. All disputes will be fought, personalized items are FINAL SALE.
